I have this thing with Black Friday and indie MacOS software. I browse those lists, which are made by likeminded people, and hope to find a nice catch.

Last BF I came across a nice app called Fileside V1. Fileside transforms file management into a focused workspace. View multiple folders side by side, navigate instantly, and keep your projects organized without juggling countless windows.

What I really like is that I can save workspaces. Panes with the folders you need in a certain project of activity. It helps me to switch from one coding project to an another.

Yesterday V2 of Fileside was released.

I just really like this file manager. Of course there are things it could better. But the developer acknowledges this and says it wil be added missing features as they work along.
